12:27 (32 sec CH) – I was actually talking about the ready, shoot, aim process. A lot of entrepreneurs take that as like a negative because they don’t actually think the process through. It’s like ok, I’m ready, I’m gonna aim and I’m gonna shoot but I really don’t know what the end goal is. I’m gonna shoot for this one project, this one task but I’m not sure what the overall goal is and strategy that I’m going for. When I say that ready shoot aim, I really mean having that strategy in place and just going for it.
