Founder and creator of GirlTalk, Sarah Pendrick shares with us how she always knew her purpose was to help empower women around the world and how she is making that happen on a daily basis. Embracing who you are and living your life by sharing your gifts with the world is what each and every one of us should be doing. Sarah is inspirational and will make you want to show up in life as you are. She’s changing the stereotype of what “girl talk” is and proving that it’s a good thing.

Finding Out Who You Are Meant To Be
Sarah always knew what she was meant to do. If you’re struggling to figure out what your purpose is, Sarah recommends looking back at what you wanted to do when you were younger. Find inspiration in that and start living your life the way you were meant to.
Being Yourself
Each and every one of us has special gifts that need to be shared with the world regardless of what anyone else thinks. You shouldn’t be dimming your light to please anyone else because that means you’re punishing yourself. Be who you were meant to be and have confidence in yourself. Sarah reminds us that confidence is a choice and a constant practice.
Becoming More
You should always be open to learning new things because that is the only way to better yourself. Listening to what others have to offer, finding a coach (who also has a coach!), and discovering ways to expand your gifts are such important things you can do for yourself.
