Author of 4 books (working on his 5th), podcast host of 2 epic shows, and Executive Director of Generation Rescue, Zack Peter is a total underachiever, I mean, millennial like no other, with a long list of accomplishments! Zack shares his passion for autism activism as a sibling to an autistic brother and how finding the proper nutritional habits have helped both of them. Zack is witty, endearing and filled with knowledge that surpasses most people. Get ready for some laughs, insight and tips on how to make your cocktails more healthy!
What we’re talking about
Autism
Zack is one of 6 kids with one brother who is autistic. Early on, Zack knew that he not only had the power but the skills to help his brother on the path to living and sustaining a healthy life. Zack has incorporated this nutritious lifestyle himself and is now the Executive Director of Jenny McCarthy’s foundation, Generation Rescue.
Being A Personality As An Introvert
With two podcasts and being in the public eye, you might look at Zack as an extrovert, but he he’s a self-professed introvert and truly enjoys his down time to recharge. Whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, it’s important to simply be you and not try to fit into a definition that just doesn’t fit who you are.
Letting Go Of The Negative And Caring For Yourself
Self-care is so important and being constantly on the go, Zack is not only a proponent of self-care but practices what he preaches. Self-care isn’t all about spa days, it’s about so much more, including letting go of the negative comments that pop up on social media and adding things like collagen to your vodka martinis!
I am so excited for you to get to know Zack and can’t wait for you to fall in love with this vibrant, refreshing and energetic human!

TIMESTAMPS
17:40 (13 sec ZP) – When we look at how things are supposed to be, what an introvert is supposed to mean, then we’re limiting the lens. We’re thinking this is what I have to be versus actually just being yourself and kind of falling into that category.
21:34 (11 sec ZP) – The advice you get, they give you on the plane, put the oxygen mask on first, before you put it on somebody else because then what happens when you get knocked out and then you’re not a pillar of service to yourself or to anybody else.
