Ep 028 | Life Hacks being Preventative vs Corrective
I have discovered some life hacks that are too good to be kept a secret, so I’m dishing all about them today! I have been on a journey to live my best life from the inside out and I am living a life of prevention rather than correction because it’s so much easier to prevent things than it is to have to correct them. By incorporating supplements, proper exercise, having a proper skincare routine and maintaining a healthy diet, your body will not only thank you, but will have more energy to do the things you love!

From Inflammation to Diet, Exercise & Supplements
After seeing my mother and grandmother die from rare cancers, I have made it my mission to be healthy and to learn all I can about my body and how to treat it properly. I am sharing my issues with inflammation and how I tackle them along with how important food is and knowing what you are putting into your body.
Being Preventive Instead of Corrective
Skincare is one of the most important things I talk about and believe in. From protecting your skin on a daily basis from the sun to preventing breakouts and wrinkles, I have found an over-the-counter product line that does all of this and more! I’m a firm believer that you should take preventive measures instead of needing to head down a corrective path later on.
Finding Gratitude Every Day
Meditation and gratitude are two things I practice daily and know make a difference in my life. Taking time to feel grateful for simple pleasures and joys in life can not only change your attitude but can open you up for more joy and love in your life.
